Stained Glass
Come and join Sharon in the art of stained glass. On this introductory course you will learn how to make a suncatcher to hang in your window, or (for additional cost) we can supply a wood block with a tea light holder.
You will learn how to cut glass safely, use copper foil to make the edges and solder the pieces of glass together. All materials needed are included in the price, and tools will be provided on the day for you to use.
When you have completed the day you will take your suncatcher home to exhibit in your home. At the end of the day, you can book onto an intermediate course to make a more complicated piece, or move onto making leaded lights.
They workshops are relaxed, fun and you have something to take home. Bring a packed lunch, or pop into Coby’s coffee shop for lunch.
Cost for the day is £50.00 to include all materials and use of equipment. Closed toe shoes only please and the course is not suitable for pregnant ladies.
