Time for something pretty! We will be painting a scene of Polzeath Beach in the late evening. The important thing is to make sure the light looks correct. Normal oil painting materials are required. Bring a board or canvas of your choice but not too big. It is recommended to colour the canvas with a mid warm colour – to get rid of the white.
Colours:
Ultramarine blue. Cobalt, cerulean or similar. Yellow ochre. Cadmium yellow pale. Cadmium yellow. Cadmium red. Rose, Quinocridone violet or simialr (violet red). Titanium white.
This workshop will allow you to free up from detail and use wide brushes and, dare I say, express yourself!
