In this printmaking half-day workshop you will learn how to carve your own stamp and use it to produce your own Christmas wrapping paper, gift tags or greetings card! Bring some of your own design ideas or come and be inspired on the day. All abilities welcome. You will take away your own hand-carved rubber stamp so you can carry on stamping at home!
Helen Murgatroyd is a printmaker based near Bude in North Cornwall. She graduated from the Royal College of Art in 2010 with an MA in Fine Art Printmaking. In 2019 she was voted the Printmaker’s Printmaker at Printfest, in Cumbria.
Helen’s work can be seen in various locations in the South West including The Burton Gallery, Bideford and The Hybrid Gallery in Honiton. She regularly exhibits at Childwickbury Arts Fair where she demonstrates her printmaking process.
