Learn the art of making chocolate
from a professional Chocolatier
Create your own box of chocolates on this half day workshop with Adrian from Loco About Cocoa.
You will be given easy to follow step by step demonstrations on each process – mould polishing, mould colouring, mould lining with the chocolate, filling the centres, base covering and finally you will be shown how to unmould your chocolates.
You will be shown how to temper the chocolate for lining the moulds and then a volunteer can temper it a second time for sealing the bases.
The Callebaut chocolate we use has been crafted from bean to chocolate in one of Belgium’s oldest cocoa roasteries and chocolateries, founded in 1911. DeZaan also boast 100 years of experience with chocolate. The chocolate we use supports cocoa farmers and sustainable cocoa cultivation.
